Minced beef (not bolognese, chilli or cottage pie)

I got some minced beef out of the freezer and I really don't fancy bolognese or chilli as I've had them both in the last week

Not sure I fancy cottage pie but that is top option at the moment.

I have made a nice ginger stir fry recipe with minced beef but it's not my favourite.

Any ideas welcome - ideally quick and easy

Ingredients

I broke up the mince and mixed it with some fresh ginger, a small cloves of garlic and some soy sauce for about half an hour

I didn't have mangetout so used green pepper instead and added some light and dark soy sauce to the noodles as well as the sesame oil so they weren't too plain

It was really nice 👍

Yes I'm glad I posted. There are some lovely recipes and ideas that I will try as I do like to try different things.
