How often do you food shop?

I always do one big shop for a month. After the first week all the fridge stuff is eaten as they have shorted dates so I’m thinking of swapping to a weekly or fortnightly shop so we always have stuff in the fridge, not just the freezer or cupboards.

How often do you do grocery shopping?

Two deliveries a week so no need for top up shops

One of my challenges in lock down was to work out how to make salads every day it’s only one delivery. I found that you just had to me a bit more creative but most things last ok as long as you store them carefully. Bagged leaves were out but little gem or romaine lettuces lasted in the fridge and I would add grated carrots, red onion, celery, cucumber, sweetcorn, apple, pickled veg etc.
