sqonk, about as good as my thinking that after not going to bed till 9pm last night my kids would still be in bed at 8am ?!?!?!

My sausage cooking was revolutionised when I learnt, late in life, that you could bung 'em in the oven and not keep turning the feckers every 2 minutes. Wouldn't grill them now if you paid me.

DIdn't know you could cook frozen sausages though straight from frozen...

can we have a re cap please?

Sausages out of freezer, dumped in roasting tin.

Put in oven (I would say 190-200 would have been better than 180, but I didn't let it heat up first).

After approx 10 mins shoogle them so they seperate.

Keep half an eye on em, remove when cooked (approx 45 mins)
