right quick question on stir fry beef in a curry :)

I have stir fry beef strips as that's all the shop had, i'm making a curry from pre made sauce (spice tailor) - lazy dinner but hey ho...

So, am I better just flash frying the strips and then chucking into the sauce when it's hot and then dishing, or cooking them in the sauce for about half an hour after flash frying?

It wont be good quality beef steak I shouldn't imagine

I would put the beef in first to seal it and then add the sauce and simmer for a while - I wouldn't bother fully cooking it before adding the sauce even if it is quick fry.

Cheers, I went with a flash fry - not quite cooked and then took it out the pan while I heated the sauce and then chucked it back in for a few minutes. Was relatively tender and pretty tasty :)

We had Punjabi Tomato @dudsville. It's my favourite.
