Won a bottle of Amaretto at Christmas. I need ideas of what to drink it with! DH on way to supermarket shortly!! ;-)

instead of sherry in a trifle, use sponge fingers and amaretti biscuits instead of shitty trifle sponges

italiano classico....black coffee, large slug of amaretto, equally large layer of double cream floating on the top

amaretto sour...lime or lemon juice, amaretto, shake with ice, and pour over crushed ice to serve.

it's great in a crumble.... peaches/apricots in with some apples, good slosh of amaretto, and crushed amaretti and flaked almonds in the crumble mix
