Ideas of what to cook for 10 people!

I'm looking for something relatively easy to cook for my family.

I've already made chilli, curry, pasta etc.

Any ideas what I can try? 🙃🙃🙃

We don't have any allergies and no one is veggie so I'm open to anything really. X

Build your own taco. Make filings and let people choose what they want in them.

Is this everyday cooking or an occasion?

Our standard ‘feed the hordes’ family meals puddings is always the same - brownies (using sis’s super easy recipe that can be made days in advance and always tastes great), fresh fruit salad (depends on what’s in season - might be full on fruit salad but might be a bowl of strawberries and/or raspberries, poached pears, boozy oranges etc depending on exactly who is there too but easy to do), cream, ice cream and hot chocolate sauce (my mum’s recipe - gently melt together a large bar of bourneville, medium tub of double cream, honey to taste - I usually aim for 1-2 tablespoons to start with) and a small knob of butter, half a walnut size, to make it glossy and stir to combine, then you’re done.

People can have whatever combination of bits they want, works really well for everyone. Tried doing something different to mix it up a bit once and was told not to bother again - that they all liked forwards to the fruity choccy creamy fest!

Get yourself a slow cooker (or two) and a slow cooker cook book.

We were 11 people at Christmas and enjoyed Mary Berry‘s Portuguese Rice with Pork. We served it with green beans but a mixed green salad would work just as well.
