Before I joined MN I used to post on a Babycentre birth board when my dd was very small and there was a poster on the same board with a dd of that name who had a birthday in September - have always wondered if it was you or not but keep forgetting to ask. Feel free to ignore me if I am wrong though .

It was the August 02 board wasn't it, but she was born in Sept - I got my mn name from my terrible post partum haemmorage! I was Sambo I think on there (as I was on here when I started).

lol, OMG I can't believe I was right actually. Yes it was Aug 2002 - I joined when dd was 6 months old and had the totally unoriginal and MN inappropriate nickname of Phoebesmummy. I went back for a little lurk a while ago too and was surprised to see people still posting on the birth board - it is quite different now, all spangly signatures and tickers . I can't remember why I recognised you now although I think it might have just been down to your original nickname. Anyway, happy birthday to your dd - mine was 5 two weeks ago today, so scary how quickly they've grown up!
