blimey countess, that is pretty impressive.

at first i thought, 'yeah, pretty good i guess' then i remembered my own last effort at cake decoration... and revvised that to 'wow! thats amazing! bravo!' etc.

We have a tradition in this house that dh makes the cakes and it is a surprise for the kids.

they make more and more extravagant demands and usually he manages it.

Dh managed to make cheesy stars with dd for her magic party and I think that rather tested his baking skills
