Anyone up for a challenge?

On a Low-FODMAP diet, AND I just got train-track braces a month ago.

So, not only low FODMAP, but also I can't crunch anything or bite into things without pain.

Yesterday we hit a crisis point when I started getting hangry and we realised that we needed to get to the supermarket as there was nothing in the house that I could eat...

So my partner (half-jokingly) suggested we make a Zombie Apocalypse kit for moments like those, with reasonably long-lasting snacks in it, to keep in the cupboard for emergencies.

Who wants a challenge?! What can we put in an emergency snack kit for a person with a RIDICULOUS situation like this?! Grin

What foods are ok on that diet?

Ha! This is the question, @dementedpixie - not a lot!

Low FODMAP is for people with intolerances and severe IBS sufferers. I'm gluten, lactose and fructose intolerant, so it's [[https://www.ibsdiets.org/fodmap-diet/fodmap-food-list/ complicated]] !
