If you like simple one pot healthy tasty meals, this book is for you. Have done several chicken ones, the duck one, and had the salmon and broccoli one this evening, amazing flavours, and so simple and quick! Strongly recommend.

@AllTheCakes - thanks! Sounds non-carby enough for my mum anyway Grin

Oh I've found my people. I bought this book last week and really like it so far.
We had the chicken and fennel/shallot/lemon one which everyone liked. The children weren't keen on the crunchy gnocchi recipe but I thought it was really good. We enjoyed the broccoli and orzo too.

I'm very tempted to get the vegetarian one too, but I feel guilty as I have so many cook books.

Two things.
1st Get the green tin book. It's great.
2nd. You can never have two many cook books.

If anyone is on twitter, the hashtag #tinlads is where people share what they've made from the books.

For anyone who wants to try this style of recipe but doesn’t want to shell out for another recipe book whilst hoarding hundreds on the shelf (ahem), these kind of meals are what the Americans tend to call “sheet pan” dinner and there should be lots of these recipes on US-based sites and blogs such as Food52, Bon Appetit etc. It’s amazing what you can roast!

@SophiaLarsen I can only speak for the green one but, while there are a fair number with nuts there are very few that rely on them, of that make sense. You could sub out other things.

I've just taken delivery of all three books. Thanks for the recommendation, I cant wait to try the recipes.

Just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation also! Green book arrived last week and it's so good. I've done the avocado one with tomatoes and the dahl. Going to try the chickpea and beetroot curry at the weekend when it's cooled down a bit.
