How much dried pasta per adult should you cook? I always tend to over cook and waste pasta.

10g must be about 4 or 5 pieces of pasta.

I never measure, but it doesn’t matter how much or little I put in, I always end up with enough to feed about 8 people.

75g as standard. 65g for a heavy sauce like macaroni cheese, or 100g for a light sauce like pesto.

Surely it depends how hungry you are? Sometimes I might do 70, sometimes 100.

As a general rule for me and DP I do 170g as it works out around 1/3 a bag.

Although my grandma makes lasagne with one sheet of pasta for herself.

Anything less than 70g is tiny and not worth it. Why bother? I'd be starving!

10 grams of pasta is a joke surely?? That’s like 3 strands of spaghetti.

I do 120 grams per adult blush We're big eaters!

Oh, thank God there's just one person who does about the same as I do! Although ... I have never thought of myself as a big eater ...
