What now?

Do I treat it like a suede? Chop it, boil then mash it?

Wedges. Peel, take the ends off. Slice then cut into fat wedges/chips. Toss in a bit of oil and whatever seasoning you want (I use piri piri or something with a bit of kick), spread on a baking tray and then in the oven at gas 7/8 for about half an hour or so.

Celeriac chips are lovely. Cut into proper chip shop chip shapes. Then treat as per wedges recipe above.
