I love a good food thread and normally get some good ideas for future meals Smile

Breakfast poached eggs, bacon, mushrooms and toast. Coffee. Juice

Lunch asparagus soup. Chilli cheese crisps

Dinner dh is doing a beef roast, roast potatoes, Yorkshire, broccoli, carrots, peas, horseradish sauce

Then sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & double cream

Scrambled eggs a glass of coffee, and a toasted bread for breakfast. A vegetable salad and a barbecued beef ribs for lunch.

Breakfast: Nutty porridge with grated apple, cinnamon, a touch of mixed spice, greek yoghurt and sugar free cinnamon syrup. Cooked in milk on the stove. Absolutely delicious. Lunch: leftover pulled pork, bistro salad, spicy grated beetroot, cherry tomatoes. Homemade flapjack. Dinner: Chicken & bacon caesar salad, skyr & berries. Loads of tea & coffee.

A weird lunch of clearing out the fridge: hummus, cucumber, various olives (about 30 of them!) and some leftover chickpea fritter things, sliced frozen bananas and almond butter

Yesterday I had poached eggs and spinach on toast around 11am, some chopped melon and two cereal bars around 3pm, some leftover Lancashire hotpot for dinner and a packet of tomato flavoured snaps. So far today I have had weetabix and banana. No idea what I’m having for the rest of the day.

Today will be: Breakfast: Black forest porridge - basically porridge soaked overnight in milk with choc shot and frozen cherries. Will warm it up and maybe add some flaked almonds for a black forest / cherry bakewell type vibe. I'll add some yoghurt as well. Lunch: need to finish the leftover pulled pork, so some kind of salad. Dinner: butter bean chilli.

Yesterday we had cheese on toast for breakfast, we went to the local welsh Italian cafe for coffee and homemade corned beef pie and gravy (totally yummy!) hit the spot and then chicken dinner for tea with loads of strong tea.

Lunch; chicken salad sandwich, few crisps the dc didn’t eat, oat and seed biscuit

Dinner tonight is going to be mushroom straganoff with wild rice

Two cups of tea and a biscuit (breakfast)
One cup of coffee, packet of crisps and some cheese (lunch)
No snacks and I've been working non stop since 9am.

I have all my food in the evening as I don't get time to eat anything during the day (two full house cleans back to back).

Breakfast - two Weetabix and fruit
Lunch: - SW sausage pasta and fresh fruit
Tea - two Ryvita and yoghurt more fruit

About 5 cups of tea with a dash of almond milk.

Don't do dinner.

Didn't bother with breakfast.
Lunch was homemade soup that I made last night with some veg I had in the freezer, lentils, a tin of tomatoes, a few pieces of bacon and a stock cube. I had two slices of bread with it as well!
Dinner was baked potato, cheese, coleslaw, Moroccan cous cous, salad, homemade pasta salad and homemeahw potato salad. I just had a little bit of everything!
