I love a good food thread and normally get some good ideas for future meals Smile

Breakfast poached eggs, bacon, mushrooms and toast. Coffee. Juice

Lunch asparagus soup. Chilli cheese crisps

Dinner dh is doing a beef roast, roast potatoes, Yorkshire, broccoli, carrots, peas, horseradish sauce

Then sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce & double cream

Breakfast: 2 Oatibix with 1/2 a banana, blueberries and honey.
Midmorning: piece of toast with marmalade
Lunch: small ham salad sandwich
Mid afternoon: apple with peanut butter and a white chocolate biscuit
Dinner: macaroni cheese with green beans

I'll have something small later, probably a crumpet with chocolate spread.
I've also drunk lots of decaffeinated tea, water and few glasses of cordial.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant so eating little and often.

D- Is going to be spicy veg enchiladas with rocket and spinach. Gin will probably feature heavily too Gin as I’ve got some pink peppercorn tonic to try out

Pre-breakfast (baby woke me up to feed and I was ravenous) - Soreen mini banana malt loaf

Breakfast (after a big walk) - bacon and a fried egg on rye bread

Snack - few squares of dark chocolate with sea salt.

Lunch - small bowl of leftover beef stew. Meat and veg only, no mash/dumplings.

Dinner - chickpea fusilli, roasted veg, tomato sauce and chicken wrapped in bacon with goats cheese.

Dessert - free from ‘Italian coffee’ dessert. Basically fake tiramisu.

We eat a mostly wheat free diet and DS is almost certainly allergic to cows milk. I’m still trying to work out what I actually can eat!

Breakfast - a bowl of Deliciously Ella granola and almond milk

Snack - a lemon drizzle nak'd bar

Lunch - brown rice pasta and pesto

Dinner - Roast veg and chick pea stew with Mediterranean potatoes.

I'm trying out a plant based diet at the moment. Two weeks in and I feel great, but haven't lost any weight yet Sad

B-raspberries with skyr
L- pasta bolognese
S-a fig, a plum and a banana
D-steak,eggs and padron peppers
Pudding-banana with custard.

Not a bad day. Need more veg but will do better tomorrow as I'm slow roasting a leg of lamb and will have a ton of veg with it.

Porridge made with 50g oats, skimmed milk and cinnamon

Ham salad sandwich + carrot batons

2 mini twisters and some twiglets

Cajun chicken, brown rice and salad

Will probably have some chocolate or crumpets with almond butter later.

Goats Cheese and cucumber in French bread
Salt and vinegar Tyrell's
Raspberry coconut yoghurt

Three chocolates

Tuna with pan fried potatoes and broccoli
Slice of homemade cake

Drinks : mainly sparkling water. One elderflower cordial, two black coffees, one G and T.

Yesterday
B - 2 pieces of toast with jam, lemon water and vitamin tablets, camomile tea
L - ham and coleslaw roll with apple slices
D - fishcakes with poached eggs, cavalo Nero and asparagus

Today
B - two pieces of toast with honey, lemon water, vitamin tablets and camomile tea
S - lemon muffin
L - soft boiled egg roll with tea
D - cassoulet with a glass of white wine

D- is going to be home made lasagne, tender stem broccoli, carrots and peas. With a glass or 2 or rose

Breakfast - Toasted bagel with flora
Lunch - Roast lamb dinner with the trimmings, cheese and 2 big glasses of wine
Dinner - couldn’t after that lunch! But have nibbled on a couple of crab sticks.

L: takeaway quinoa chipotle thing (left the seitan as it was minging)
S: pear, cucumber, kale, lemon and ginger juice
D: peanut and sweet potato stew, dairy free peanut butter chocolate ice cream with hot raspberries, 2 beers

Maybe I won’t fit in here.

Today I had 2 potnoodles & the rest of the roast potatoes and gravey that were left over from everyone else’s tea. Currently doing a massive clean of the house so just eating quick. Just had some porridge because I couldn’t sleep and my stomach was rumbling. And Iv drank a mocha & Fanta all day 😂

Yesterday -

Breakfast: Overnight oats with soya milk, grated apple, chopped nuts and cinnamon.
Lunch Burger and chips in a pub
Dinner: Roast beef, roast potatoes, gravy, carrots, kale and peas. Raspberries and soya cream for dessert.

Aware I had two quite piggy meals! DH was racing and we were stuck in a village with closed roads and starving.
