Hake and butterbean with a lemon mayo - very easy crowd pleaser!

I put Chilli in the slow cooker before I left for work this morning. It was amazing, we had it with rice and tortilla chips.

Chicken chorizo and butter beans- I'd forgotten that one and used to do it often

DP has gone bushwalking for the weekend, so DD and I are having cooked frozen veggo nugget thingys, oven baked sweet potato fries, coleslaw, baked potato wedges, and baked cauliflower florets with Moroccan spices.

We're eating it sitting on the lounge while watching some crap telly.

It's in the oven now and we can't wait!

I am making Huevos Rotos with black pudding.

I’m working my way through the joe wicks book so I’m having Italian chicken sausage Ragu with edamame peas and a fried egg.

Last night I had his lamb and coconut curry and I didn’t particularly like it. It was a little too spicy and not enough ‘taste’ which was a shame.

Oh fuck it - dh is coming home for dinner so now I can't make lovely potato dish! Burmese chicken with broccoli now - which is lovely too, but I had my heart set on potatoes!

Originally I planned to have sausage and mashed potato for dinner. But I decided to have a healthy jacket potato and chocolate cake instead.

I did a bone in turkey breast, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans yesterday for company...so today is yummy leftovers day!!!

tonight is pigs in a blanket( hotdogs/sausages in crescent rolls) and tossed salad...easy peasy
