What is your favourite toppings on a pizza?

I always go for the same - pretty boring ham and pineapple. So am looking for inspiration!

Italian meats and peppers with big squidgy blobs of mozzarella 😍

Veggie curry, with mozzarella (sounds like it should be paneer but it doesn't work - not melty enough). If you make your own dough you can put onion seeds in it so it tastes a bit like a naan bread.

More traditionally, pesto with grilled artichokes out of a jar and cherry tomatoes.

Tuna, anchovies,capers,red onion rocket and black olives. Delish!

All the spicy things. With cider.

Anything with rocket. It gives it a refreshing crunch and sort of balances the grease. My favourite would be Parma ham, olives and rocket or something similar. Or something with goats cheese. Yum.

Baby clams sound fiddly on a pizza Bertrand.

Pineapple, pepperoni, mushrooms but my kids just love hotdogs and cheese.

Ham, onion, mushroom is my favourite combination. Or sausage, onion, mushroom.

Roasted garlic and goat's cheese are always good to change things up too!
