Not sure where the other thread went, and we know this is my favourite time of week...

Today: left over gnocchi bake
Tomorrow: left over paella (I swear it’s breeding)
Sunday: tomato chickpea bake.
Monday: spanakopita
Tuesday: spinach Dahl
Wednesday: Mac and cheese
Thursday: spicy quinoa salad
Friday: bubble and squeak with fried portobello

Oh and halloumi and eggplant stackers on mashed potato with lemon-honey-thyme dressing.

Today. Carbona for family, pasta, garlic and herb Philadelphia and salad for me.(Weight loss maintenance)
Mon. Fajitas, chicken for family, Quorn for me , peppers, mushrooms and onions plus butternut squash chips.
Tue. Homemade chicken Tikka with coconut yoghurt and lots of veg.
Wed. Cottage Pie with cheesey top, cauliflower cheese, green beans and carrots. Weight Watchers lasagne and salad for me.
Thur.Cheap breaded fish, soaked in lemon juice, herbs and black pepper with a sprinkling of chilli powder plus anya potatoes and ratatouille.
Fri. Chill with lots of beans (kidney, green, butter, baked) plus aubergine, squash and courgette. Brown rice and coleslaw.
Sat. Rump steak and roasted vegetables.

Yesterday was falafel salad
Today is home made baked beans on toast with Linda mcartney sausages
Tomorrow is spicy veggie pasta
Wednesday is Jamaican tofu with coconut rice
Thursday: chickpea and sweet potato harrissa bake thing

Heading into my 3rd week of not doing the meals at home for everyone (am on a show that demands 14hr days) and I miss it!!!

Today I’m really tempted by chips and mushy peas Blush
Tomorrow will be mushroom and leek risotto
Sunday: pasta with spicy tomato sauce, mushroom and spinach
Monday: falafel and hummous pita
Tuesday: veggie fried rice
Wednesday: roasted cauliflower and freekeh salad
Thursday: chickpea and spinach curry

Tonight: instapot creamy mushroom spaghetti (vegan richa recipe)
Tuesday: build your own burrito bowl
Wednesday: beyond burger, smashed potatoes, roasted broccolini
Thursday: I’m out with some friends, fam are having gyozas
Friday: folks over for dinner: orange blossom water and pistachio salad, veggie tagine and jewelled quinoa, cardamom rose and pistachio cake

Wednesday: Sausage, mash and veg

Friday: I'm out with work, DH will probably have homemade Thai green curry

I have 3 fussy eaters. Been having some success with the Division of Responsibility Method. Need to give meal planning a go. I did some earlier today and then realised I had planned about 10 meals, for 5 days GrinGrin. I need help.

Me and 2 kids:

Mon - pizza and salad (club night)
Tue - cauliflower mac & cheese, salad
Wed - Singapore noodles, broc
Thurs - prawn tacos, rice, guacamole, salad etc
Fri - spag Bol.

Then dc are with their dad for weekend and I will live on wine and crisps. Or maybe dine out.

I'm getting a veggie box tomorrow with no idea what is in it.

Spaghetti bolognaise x garlic bread.
Rump steak, anya potatoes, salad, mushrooms, onions x coleslaw.
Roast chicken, stuffing, Yorkshire puds, cauliflower, green beans x carrots.
Pesto pasta, roasted aubergine, courgette, peppers, butternut, onion x plum tomatoes.
Weight Watchers Tikka Masala.
Pork, cabbage and apple in slow cooker.
Chilli and brown rice.
Homemade chicken and vegetable curry with bhajis and naan.

I love this thread! So much inspiration- love the sound of the gnocchi bake.
Meals this week are:
Sunday- Carbonara, garlic bread
Monday- Stir Fry
Tuesday- Chorizo burgers
Wednesday- Enchiladas
Thursday- Chicken shawarma with pitta and salads
Friday- Chicken and bacon pie, mash, veg
Saturday- Faggots, new potatoes, veg

Very carb heavy but it’s cold and raining!!
