Serious inspiration needed please! What are you planning on eating this week?

Homemade chicken nuggets with slaw (cabbage, apple, carrot, walnuts in mayo)
Toad in the hole with green beans
Home made pizza with raw veg on the side (sugar snaps, cucumber, carrot)
Homemade burgers with oven-baked skin-on fries
Tacos
Roast lamb at the weekend (if I can find a leg that doesn't cost an arm and a leg)

It was roast chicken tonight
Enchiladas
Chicken in creamy garlic sauce (bought black garlic so giving it a go) with pasta
Pork and chorizio burgers and potato wedges
Cuban beef
Baked salmon in ginger,soy and orange.
Pan fried chicken with gnocchi

Plaice fillets fried in butter and garlic, chips and peas
Chicken curry and rice
Spaghetti, tomato sauce, pork meatballs
Pizza and crudités
Veg fried rice
Roast lamb on Easter Sunday

Omelettes. Have a surplus of eggs to use up before going away.

Noodles as requested by DD. Probably with salmon and some veg.

Chicken pie, mash and carrots.

Those boat shaped wrap things with salad, rice and sliced boiled eggs.

What is this wonderous dish of which you speak?

So far I just have risotto with left over roast chicken for tomorrow. I am seriously in need of inspiration.

Turkey meatloaf +macncheese + broccoli
Homemade hawaiian pizza
Bolognese sauce +rigatoni pasta
Steak + sweet potato fries

Errr not much this week complete lack of inspiration here.

Looks like it's a freezer surprise week.

Tonight - Quiche, chips and peas
Tuesday - Chilli Con Carne with rice
Wednesday - Beef stew (leftovers from the freezer) with baked sweet potato
Thursday - Chicken stir-fry with noodles
Friday - I'll be at work so DH will cook for himself and the DD's. Most likely something from the freezer
Saturday - Toad in the hole with mash and probably mixed veg
Sunday - Roast Lamb dinner

Monday was fish pie
Tuesday - Sausage casserole
Wednesday - Chilli con carne with rice
Thursday - Chicken tagine with cous cous
Friday - Salmon and jacket potatoes
Saturday - probably takeaway
Sunday - Roast lamb

This week has been
Saturday: "Greek" bubble and squeak with fried mushrooms
Sunday: pasta bake with butternut squash, kale and mushrooms
Monday: peppers stuffed with artichoke, olive and feta
Tuesday: falafel and hummous Pitta
Tomorrow: off to the pub
Thursday: spicy aubergine and chickpea salad
Friday: off to a friends so no idea

Sunday we had roast beef and all the trimmings
Yesterday chilli and rice
Tonight fish and chips
Tomorrow spag Bol
Thursday chicken Alfredo
Friday not sure as we arrive on holiday.

This week we have had

Home cooked ham, chips and salad
Ham and lentil soup made with the stock (lots left to stash in freezer)
Chicken and chorizo oven baked risotto
Huevos rancheros

Monday - Chicken Pesto Pasta
Tuesday - Fish in breadcrumbs or something similar depends what is on offer in Tesco when I finish work late

Friday - Who cares - I'm going out!!!

Tomorrow is roast cauliflower with quinoa and harrisa and walnuts
Saturday I'm at a wedding and can't remember what I ordered
Sunday will depend on the hangover...
Monday veggie fajitas with roasted peppers, caramelised onion, fried mushrooms and sweet potato
Tuesday: bruschetta
Wednesday: lasagne
Thursday: Pitta bread "pizza"
Friday: Thai curry fried rice

ALL OF IT MADE FEOM SCRATCH (except the chicken nuggets). This is the one and only time I’ve posted on this kind of thread. Have excellent myself. Well proud.

Monday we had chilli con carne with rice and tortilla chips
Tuesday : frozen pizza because it’s the day everyone has random stuff going on.
Weds : had Hoi sin beef with stir fry veg and rice
Today : pepper pasta
Tomorrow : fish and chips as it’s good Friday and always had fish even though we are not remotely religious but older family were so it’s become a tradition
Saturday : whatever we choose from tgi as it’s my 30th birthday meal

Tomorrow will be live well Mexican burgers from Aldi with carrot chips and salad
Saturday we’re at a wedding
Sunday - some sort of roast .. chicken why not go with the theme for the week

Thursday El Paso chicken tacos with salad and cheesy nachos 10/10

Friday chipotle chickpeas with couscous and flatbread 10/10

Saturday Lasagne 10/10

Sunday will be roast which is always 10/10
