have eaten two slices of malt loaf and two bananas and an apple

A roast chicken sandwich with oatcakes on the side.

With an orange or a glass of juice.

Jacket potato with tuna salad and a yogurt or another piece of fruit.

no cheese or wine or chocolate or sweets (if your migraines are anything like mine, they may spark a return!).

Have you got any sweet potatoes (to have with something else) or some wholemeal bread to make toast and honey? something to give you sustenance that will last a bit?

Enid · 02/05/2007 11:59

feelins sorry for myself as I will obv have to go and shop for all this then cook it

what have you got in the fridge love?

let us know and we can tell you what to cook with it

have a lie down, you don't want to go shopping now

Cappuccino · 02/05/2007 12:01

Nbg do that anyway NOW!

Ages ago I asked on here for a chicken soup recipe

motherinferior and I were all agog

no-one replied

PrincessPeaHead · 02/05/2007 12:02

oh poor you

I'd just eat toast and cheese rather than go out and buy anything

or a load of pasta and pesto

or cook up some rice in stock, and stir in some frozen spinach, lemon juice and parmesan , yummy

pasta always does it for me

but don't go shopping!

Enid · 02/05/2007 12:02

stop being so nice to me I will start crying

am at work

have NOTHING in fridge really. Have to pick up dd2 and dd3 at lunchtime then go shopping.

Send colleague out for top nice sandwich.

Raid their desk while they're gone and eat all their stashed chocolate.

wholemeal spag sounds like a fab idea and you can give it to the kids too.

chicken
salad
tuna
wholemeal spag
nice bread
oatcakes
orange juice
frozen spinach
