What would be your perfect B&B breakfast??

I am having some guests to stay for one night next week. They are arriving late ( after dinner) and leaving after breakfast the next day.

These are friends who have given us some wonderful dinners and hospitality in the past, so even though I've only got one them for one meal I want to spoil them with a lovely spread. Ideas please!

Has to include a fresh fruit salad, thick natural Greek yogurt and a posh muesli (Holland and Barratt high fibre is utterly lush) sprinkled on the top. Add maple syrup to be even more decadent.
