Breakfast ideas for child who won't eat cereal

Four year old doesn't like cereal (occasionally dry shreddies or coco pops are tolerated). He ends up eating lots of bready things and then being hungry (so he says!) all morning. He's starting school soon and I really feel I should be giving him healthier/heartier breakfasts!

He currently eats
Bagels
Mini brioche
Jam
Toast
Spanish tortilla

He doesn't like:
Cheese
Bananas
Porridge

Any suggestions outside of the (breakfast) box would be most welcome!

Because ham's not processed at all is it?

I didn't realise we needed to be healthy too.

It says he doesn't like cheese in the OP.

Op: it is ok for kids to have the same breakfast every day, if you hit on something he likes. Variety not necessary, if he is getting an overall nutritious diet.
