Meal planners gather!

I've done mine tonight and am excited so wanted to share

Tomorrow: lentil and grilled veggie salad
Saturday: DM is having a party so whatever she is making
Sunday: fakeaway: curry with all the trimmings!
Monday: jerk tofu with rice and peas
Tuesday: stir fry and noodles
Wednesday: Mac and cheese
Thursday: mushroom, asparagus and leek pie. I'm hosting so hopefully this isn't a disaster!

Sunday: Spaghetti Bol (not very Sunday like but I need to make a big batch for the freezer...)
Monday: Ham, potatoes, red cabbage
Tuesday: Ham and Leek pie
Wednesday: Chicken curry, Dal, Aloo Gobi, Pilau Rice, Homemade Naan (family celebration so not a typical mid week meal)
Thursday: hopefully leftovers
Friday: Shepherds Pie

Sunday- Roast chicken all trimmings
Monday- Chicken korma and rice and naan
Tuesday- Salmon filet and mash and veg
Wednesday - Fishcakes,chips, beans
Thursday- Cumberland sausage,mash and beans
Friday- jacket potato,salad and choice of cheese/tuna/beans etc
Saturday- takeaway Grin

Today - going to try making veggie sausage stovies, with carrots and broccoli
Monday - veggie chilli with rice and mango salsa
Tuesday - channa dahl with all the trimmings
Weds - black bean soup with nachos
Thurs - either veggie hotdogs with corn on the cob or fired egg/omelette and chips depending which we all fancy (lazy meal)

Fri - Sweet Potato, chick pea and spinach curry
Sat - old school spag bol
Sun - roast chicken
Mon - left overs from chicken (MN special chicken Wink
tues - Gnocchi spinach mushrooms
wed - sausages, mash
thurs = soup, bread, cheese

Bit rubbish this week (week 5 of running down freezer ready to move) but
Beef fajitas
Chilli con care
Peppercorn chicken Kiev, chips and peas Blush
I'm out for curry. Dc are having kippers and rice (their request - the weirdos), dp will probably get himself a takeaway curry.
Duck breast with blackcurrant sauce, dauphinoise, veg
Sausages and roast veg
Roast gammon, leek sauce, some form of potatoes, veg

A bit more processed and red meat heavy than normal but needs must.

Lasagne and green salad
Gammon and root veg stew with dumplings
Jackets, beans and cheese
Bacon wrapped sausage meatballs, fried egg and chips
Cheese with crackers/pickles/salad bits etc
Pasta puttanesca

Tonight: won't get back till late so something easy - mushrooms on toast or similar
Tomorrow: out with friends so pub grub probably
Sunday: caprese pasta bake
Monday: veggie chilli and rice
Tuesday: puy lentil salad with hallumi
Wednesday: hoisin veggie stir fry and noodles
Thursday; jackets with the leftover chilli (and a megaton of cheese)

Tonight: stirfry
Tomorrow: either sushi or Nandos
Sunday: beef roast on braai with hasselback garlic potatoes and BLAT salad with corn & feta.
Monday: out
Tues: sweet potato, beetroot, goats cheese and spinach salad
Weds: halloumi and strawberry salad
Thurs: Cape Malay chicken curry and rice

Forgive while I say:

Everyday until next Wednesday: I will be sampling everything Iceland (the country, not the supermarket) has to offer, DH will likely feed DC pizza everyday

Tomorrow: left overs (my freezer is frightening)
Saturday: hosting all weekend so Saturday will be doing lots of curry stuff with all the trimmings and Sunday will do fajitas and nachos
Monday: "Greek" pasta so with feta, capers, olives, red onion, tomato
Tuesday: cous cous and roasted asparagus
Wednesday: just a big one pot rice dish with veggies, I'll make it up as I go along
Thursday: bean burgers and wedges

M: Beef bourguignon, potatoes, broccoli and carrots
T: Goan chicken curry, rice and poppadoms, lime pickle and mango chutney
W: pork casserole, broccoli, baby sweetcorn, sweet potato and potato mash
T: Veggie bean chilli, rice, guacamole
F: Hidden veg pasta
S: Party tea for DS
S: beef roast with all trimmings

All are gluten free, soy free and dairy free due to multiple allergies :)

Th (last night) - Thai baked chicken, rice and salad
F - Baked Salmon, spuds and salad or peas
Sa - Sheps Pie
Su - Roast chicken
M - Carbonnade and Jacket and green veg
Tu - Red curry and rice.

I work Fri Thurs.

Friday- left overs from the freezer
Saturday - pizza
Sunday- out for tea
Monday - chickpea and spinnich curry
Tuesday - quorn stir fry
Wednesday - bacon and broccoli risotto
Thursday - honey and ginger chicken

Lunches will be mixed veg soup and home made croutons.

Saturday: going out for DP birthday
Sunday: olive and leek carbonara
Monday: matar paneer and naan
Tuesday: grilled courgette, chickpea salad with hallumi
Wednesday: Thai curry with rice noodles
Thursday: spinach and feta stuffed mushrooms

Monday- roast vegetable pasta with feta
Tuesday- satay stir fry with noodles
Wednesday- spicy Nando's style rice with grilled halloumi
Thursday- Greek salad wraps
Friday-my birthday so probably cake Grin
Saturday- pizza bianco
Sunday- veggie sausages, onion gravy, yorkshires and peas

Mon-Takeaway curry-chicken bhuna, veg biryani, paneer pakora, peshwari nan
Tue-Fridge bits, lots of cheese, pickles, salads etc
Weds-Pasta puttanesca
Thurs-Zinger mountain melt
Fri-No idea, it's my birthday and haven't decided what I want yet
Sat-Probs more stuff from the fridge!
