I've done mine tonight and am excited so wanted to share

Tomorrow: lentil and grilled veggie salad
Saturday: DM is having a party so whatever she is making
Sunday: fakeaway: curry with all the trimmings!
Monday: jerk tofu with rice and peas
Tuesday: stir fry and noodles
Wednesday: Mac and cheese
Thursday: mushroom, asparagus and leek pie. I'm hosting so hopefully this isn't a disaster!

Queen that's so weird, I was just googling recipes for katsu curry last night! Do you use the allrecipes one with loads of reviews? And what veg do you do with it? I was vaguely thinking of breading some tofu but didn't know if that would be weird.

Remus what paste do you use for your thai curry? Everything I find seems to have shrimp in it and it's such a faff making it from scratch.

Mushroom and Stilton pie -

Fry onion plus garlic plus zillions of mushrooms.
Add about a glass of red wine and about half a teaspoon of Marmite plus black pepper and cook down until you're left with a bit of gravy-esque liguid and a load of mushrooms.
Put into pie dish or small pie dishes.
Top with lots of crumbled Stilton.
Top with pastry (I use ready rolled shortcrust) and cook until golden.

Thai paste - usually use Thai Taste brand, available in Sainsbo's and Waitrose.
