What's your favourite panini filling?

Just got a panini press and we're loving trying different things in it.

What's your favourite? Mine so far is a sloppy meatball mess.

Brie and bacon
Or mozzarella pesto and sun dried tomato

I love pulled pork or good old cheese and ham.

I could just eat one now !

Goat's cheese, tomato and basil oil.

Mozzarella and basil
Ham cheese and mushroom
Turkey brie and cranberry

Came on to say bacon and Brie but was beaten to it!
Love tuna and cheese and feta with olives too, I'm now off to find a panini press!

Can I ask a daft question, do you cook the bacon first or just whack it in?

I like tuna melt with red onion. (I don't own a panini press though)

Steak, mushroom and cheese only have it down the pub with colslaw and French fries

So bad it's good: a shitty cheapo (wonderful!) place near my school used to do chicken, chips and garlic mayo

Made you reek for the rest of the day and probably contained 1000 calories but back then it was the food of the gods!

Olive tapenade, sliced tomato (and/or sundries tomatoes) and halloumi which sounds awfully naice, I know but its so good.

Chicken, bacon, barbecue sauce and cheese. Lush.

I use our panini press to make toasted wraps. My favourite is hotdogs, beans, brown sauce and cheese. Yum!
