What's your favourite panini filling?

Just got a panini press and we're loving trying different things in it.

What's your favourite? Mine so far is a sloppy meatball mess.

Bacon, Brie and cranberry

Turkey, stuffing and cranberry

Beef, onion, mushroom and garlic mayo

I could happily live on panninis or sandwiches.

Smoked back , fresh tomato and red onion

Any of the cold meats that might be left in the fridge, waiting to be used up, (such as ham, salami, prosciutto, etc), cheese, red onion, basil, sliced tomato, bit of yellow/orange/red pepper, light seasoning (pepper and a tiny sprinkle of salt, depending upon which cold meat you may have used). Yummy yummy yummy!!

Mozzarella, pesto and olives. Mmmm.

Another one for bacon Brie and cranberry mmmmmmmm or grape and Brie

Pesto, mozzarella and sliced fresh tomato OR brie, bacon and cranberry OR cheddar and tomato OR cheddar and marmite with sliced cucumber added afterwards
