What have you baked today/this week?

Feeling stressed just now so I bake when I'm stressed although I also bake when I'm happy and when I'm sad
I've made lemon drizzle,banana loaf sausage rolls and cookies today. Have taken some to a neighbour though as I bake more than we eatso what have you made?

made lemon meringue cake a few days ago , first time of making - was delicious
Coconut macaroons ( hardly baking though, as they are so easy )
today a Victoria sponge , requested as a birthday cake. :)
Just getting ingredients for christmas cake and puddings shortly.

I made these. They were delightful!

Nothing fancy (DP and I trying not to eat cake and biscuits, so better not to produce them) but I've made a very good apple and berry cobbler, twice. I used cheapo frozen berries from Iceland, which we're also eating with cereal for breakfast.

I have imagined trying to make all the Bake Off stuff . . . it will never happen.

Baked more flapjacks, rhubarb and raspberry crumble, orange drizzle cake and now about to make pancakes.

Mini buns with DS, they're bite size and lovely!
Ginger biscuits which I accidentally put too much black treacle in and have risen slightly due to me using half plain, half self raising flour rather than just spreading out on the baking sheets; still very tasty though.

Yesterday jam tarts and chocolate truffles. Today two types of bread, two types of scones, and will be doing a Victoria sponge! (For a party!)

I made cupcakes with my DS, came out a complete flop though. I am however planning to make a Victoria sandwich which I'm hoping will be perfect :)

I made a citrus and blueberry Bundt cake today, very pleased with it!

Banks Bitter Brown Breakfast Buns with Apple Juice, Currants, Roasted Oats and Black Treacle. It was a trial for a bake sale my daughter is having to raise money for Raleigh International. They seem to have gone down well so I can see several dozen of those being baked over the next week or two.
