New years resolution :

to cook more, make healthy, home cooked meals, for a family of 4, me DH, DS 7 and DD 17 months

also, am ashamed of the amount of food wasted because it goes off or sits in the fridge looking forlorn because i don;t do anyhitng with it!

the only thing we don;t eat is pork..

if anyone has a meal planner and / or simple recipes they would like to share or can link to anything useful, that would be much appreciated..

if i don;t reply it is becasye my parents are over, so will be doing RL stuff.

What exactly is a meal planner?. I have a vague idea. Do you have the same meals each week on the same day then ?

i keep seeing this in active convos and think a few things 1) Oh god poor mellowma 2) hee hee i have already got it and 3) i wonder if everyone is this thread is having teh same thing for tea tonight!!!
