New years resolution :

to cook more, make healthy, home cooked meals, for a family of 4, me DH, DS 7 and DD 17 months

also, am ashamed of the amount of food wasted because it goes off or sits in the fridge looking forlorn because i don;t do anyhitng with it!

the only thing we don;t eat is pork..

if anyone has a meal planner and / or simple recipes they would like to share or can link to anything useful, that would be much appreciated..

if i don;t reply it is becasye my parents are over, so will be doing RL stuff.

so big thanks in advance for any help xx

When I first mentioned to DH than MNetters plan meals in advance he LOL now he is suggesting it the way forward! Men eh! (could be me contantly going on about it that ground him down!)
