That cod dish sounds amazing, curly. I might have to copy it, with a variation for the children.

IHaveBrilloHair · 25/01/2016 18:53

Fish wrapped in ham or bacon is a favourite here, I cook it on the George Formby.

LtGreggs · 28/01/2016 19:39

I'm back again - just about to do the online shop for this week:

  • hot dogs, crusty rolls, coleslaw, tomato & sweetcorn salsa
  • gammon in slow cooker, potatoes, greens, parsley sauce
  • carbonara with the remaining gammon
  • carrot soup, naan bread, some kind of pudding
  • salmon, orzo, pesto, celery & apple salad
  • lamb kebabs, rice, green salad

Looks quite meaty but quite tasty all written down!

LtGreggs · 28/01/2016 19:41

Just discovered this great site I thought I'd share: www.chopandchuck.co

Full of easy suppers to just chop the ingredients and chuck into the pot! I've done three meals of theres this week: the chicken ones and vege ones are particularly good.
