I usually use it in chicken tray bake a la Nigella.

Fancy doing something else for a change. Any favourite recipes? Got a Chorizo horseshoe in the fridge waiting to be used.

Put a diced butternut squash in the oven to roast. While that's doing, fry diced chorizo with onions, finely chopped rosemary, tip in pearl barley, add stock (chicken or vegetable) and bubble away till it goes like a risotto. When it's done stir in the roast squash. Yummy.

Or to beef (or pork) up a potato dish, put together dauphinoise potatoes, but in between the slices add chorizo and finely sliced fennel.

I love this recipe for revuelto it's quick and delicious and it uses up stale bread at the same time.
