what to do with loads of Brussels sprouts?

I have many left over.... What can I do with them?

Compost them

Boil them and eat as an accompaniment to any meal

Roasted as a side
Use in curries and casseroles
Make into bahjis
Grate raw into salads

How many did you buy?

Soup - trust me it's lovely

Slice and use as you would cabbage - add grated carrots & mix with mayo for coleslaw; add to stir fried; etc

Steamed and throw mint sauce on top - or maybe that's just me, I love them :)

There's so many ways to eat them.
I really really fancy some now.

Bubble, surely?!

They are nuggets of pure evil and must be destroyed in the fires of Mount Doom...

Simmer carefully for 40 minutes then flush the resulting green sludge down the loo.

Steam them, add fried bacon and cheese and loads of black pepper

Me too. I'm going to have to go and buy some.

Cook them, and freeze in batches so that you can have bubble and squeak a few times a week through january.

If you google brussel sprout fried rice there's a really nice recipe on a vegan blog- obviously you could butter it up - I had it last night and it was delicious
