Breakfast - Granary bread, with avocado, wilted spinach, mushrooms and a cheesy mustard sauce (it's like hollandaise but no egg!) with a vegetarian best of british sausage :) Latte.
Lunch - Pizza and a nice salad (lots of avocado!) Chocolate. Water. Latte.
Dinner - (steamed) Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms (saute), raw red pepper in a cheese sauce with battered and deep fried Halloumi (newly found 'must have'!) and mushy peas. Chocolate pot. Wine.
But I could only have one or two of those each day - or bits from each! and I would, of course, suddenly start hating all of the above and craving anything 'no longer available'
