I think my breakfast would be buttermilk pancakes with blueberries & yoghurt.

Still mulling about lunch and dinner, but Ottolenghi tomato couscous is a contender for lunch.

You're all so decisive! How do you do itShock?!

Breakfast- daddy's bacon sandwiches or if my elderly father isn't willing to be put to servitude then I'd do myself crumpets with lashing of seas salted butter, and a slice of toast) white buttered soldiered to dip in a fresh boiled egg.

Dinner- daddy's chicken supreme and chips with bread and butter ( daddy must butter as no one else I know aims to have equal depth of butter to bread) see above regarding his servitude - if I must fend for myself a rocket and goats cheese salad, a drizzle of balsamic, with thin pate topped toast, with red onion chutney.

Tea- daddy's shepherds pie again with his bread and butter and a squirt if ketchup- if he is so unreasonable as to disagree to make this meal daily for the rest of my life then I will make- a teriyaki beef steak served on stir fried noodles with sugar snap peas, red onion, pak choi, crispy onions and chicken skin, and handfuls of coriander

Desert- cheeseboard with at least five cheeses and with ready salted crips.

I might visit my dad one day this week you knowWinkGrin

Breakfast would be a veggie full English - Veggie sausages, two fried eggs, beans, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and fried bread, with a cup of strong coffee.

Lunch would be a cheese, onion, tomato and mayonnaise sandwich on crusty fresh bread and more coffee.

Dinner would be onion bhajis, vegetable pakora, shashlick paneer, naan bread, poppadoms and dips plus a tiny bit of salad to balance it out a bit.

I'll have a couple of scotch and cokes as well.

Lunch - sourdough bread, Brie & olives
Dinner - surf & turf (a Waitrose recipe with minor adaptations) of rare chateaubriand, tiger prawns, baby new potatoes, broad beans, loads of garlic, chilli flakes, balsamic dressing & salad leaves plus a glass of ice cold white wine (Dr Loosen, maybe?)
Pudding - either homemade chocolate bread & butter pudding with one scoop of vanilla ice cream (although maybe too much chocolate what with my breakfast choice!) or the collective dairy blood(y) orange yoghurt
