DH forgot the champagne last year

Was stood in the wine shop we use (on Xmas Eve) pointing at bottles of bubbly and they are telling him they don't have any. DH starts getting irate (how can I face Buda with no bubbly) "Yes you do" he insisted. "No sir they are plastic display bottles". "Oh OK" says DH.

Didn't think to go to supermarket to buy Hungaria (local stuff that is almost acceptable). No - nothing.

white choc and cranberry fidge - yummo - see if I can find the recipe.

Otherwise - seafood, lovely cold leg ham, salads or the yummy BBQ but it is summer for Christmas for us.
