Does anyone actually eat anything *interesting* for breakfast?

Am sooooo bored of breakfast, to the point of not being arsed to eat it, thereby shortening my life by about a decade apparently.

Ideas? No cereal or toast allowed on this thread.

my favourite is cinnemon and raisen bagels. put what ever you want on the top. i like them simply toasted with just a smidgen of butter.

Every Sunday we have pain au chocolat or, if I can't get them, chocolate brioche.

sliced tomato and mozarella (discovered whilst on atkins diet Blush but nice)

Today I had homemade brown bread with avocado, cold chicken and alfalfa sprouts - more like lunch than breakfast but it was what we had in the 'fridge so I ate it. Traditional breakfast here is usually cheese and ham on crusty bread. And a gallon or so of tea.

scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast or a fruit smoothie, or boiled egg and soldiers or cheesy scrambled eggs. I know this sounds sanctimonious but I love a good breakfast it sets me up for the day :)
