Will it be ok to make Christmas cake and Christmas pudding this weekend or have I left it too late?

One thing after another means I have left the cake and pudding very late this year.

Will it be ok to make or is it a waste of time now?

Just made my cake this week so no, there's 5-6 weeks til Christmas so plenty of time for maturing. Stir up Sunday is the Sunday before Advent so you're early with the pudding. Have a happy weekend baking, your house will smell wonderful!
