That cake is gorgeous State !

StateofConfusion · 13/10/2012 18:27

Thanks bonkey its the only pic on my mums laptop that's mine and I needed to post a picture :)

Btw she saw I'd liked your page and LOVES your jewellry so I now have not so subtle hits from her as to what she'd like, I must go check out your new beads and pm you x

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 18:30

No problem, whenever your ready. I have a few more beads in too. Made a few bits last night with them, pics on page :)

You neeeeed to see True Blood, if for nothing else but the fit men! Wink

BrianCoxIsUpTheDuff · 13/10/2012 18:46

I don't know who Alcide is, he isn't in it so far (season 2)...he is a hottie.

In my quest to find lovely pics of Eric and Bill (worst vamp names EVER) I unearthed a few spoilers and am distraught Sad

I will persevere though.

Oh - am I supposed to think Sookie is an annoying bint who quite frankly needs to get a grip?? takes my Bill lust too seriously

State I can highly recommend Bonkey's jewellery - my mum's birthday present arrived yesterday, so beautiful! Am just waiting for mum to open her present so I can leave a comment on your page and link to my FB Smile

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 18:50

Brilliant Brian i was just about to pm you and ask! It seems Mr Postie got a wiggle on!

I can't remember when Alcide joins but he has given me many a happy dream Wink .

ZombTEE · 13/10/2012 19:12

Evening all.

::Drags slanket to sofa and snuggles down::

Cold that was subsiding has come back. So much for paracetamol and Wine.

Fab cake, State.

I've never seen True Blood. I'm pretty much done with vampires now that Buffy and Angel are off the air. Rather watch Fringe and/or Supernatural although the latter is lacking this series.

ScreamyShriekyFrightyWoozyWooo · 13/10/2012 19:40

Thanks Empress! I love it. Grin

Baby is great thanks Shaky. Apart from wanting to start the day at 5am, then falling back asleep as soon as Ds1 wakes up so I have to get up.

I'm also hiring him out for Puddle-Snuggles?. He can make any bad mood vanish with a whiff of his head and a squidge of his cheeks.
(Results may vary. Side effects include broodiness, vomit-in-cleavage syndrome and temporary talking in silly ikkle baby-waby voice)

Love the cake State!

I've also never seen True Blood. I'm not really into vampires, although I was surprised to find I really enjoyed the Twilight books. Well, 2 of them. The other 2 were rubbish. Can't remember which though! I know I like the first one, and not the second, but not sure about the last 2.

BrianCoxIsEatingBrains · 13/10/2012 19:45

ah, Puddle-Snuggles? Grin

I've just felt baby jiggles for the first time Grin

Not wind, definitely NOT wind.

My ginger cat was lying on my tummy having cuddles (they are lovely, and dribbly....eeew) and he was purring so much and then I felt little jiggles right under where he was sitting Grin

Cat is now being 'danced' around the living room by DD. He isn't impressed but the dog is jealous.

Another normal night chez Brian Grin

ZombTEE · 13/10/2012 19:48

Awww, how lovely, Brian. Grin

ScreamyShriekyFrightyWoozyWooo · 13/10/2012 19:54

That's so exciting Brian! He/She will be booting the crap out of you before long!

Lovely that your cat got to share the first movements!

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 20:09

Awww Brian

State your mum is shopping Wink

EmpressOfTheSevenScreams · 13/10/2012 20:16

Good, Screamy, it suits you!
Oh Brian, that's lovely.
Gorgeous cake, State*. I think we should paper the walls with your creations so we can show them to HQ or the thread if they drop in.

Ta Empress.

Chocolate is always good. Whisky even better. Grin

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 20:25

Could I have one too please Empress ?

StateofConfusion · 13/10/2012 20:32

bonkey she better bloody not be, that women is IMPOSSIBLE to buy for I will actually kill her this time if she buys what I've had my eye on

ScreamyShriekyFrightyWoozyWooo · 13/10/2012 20:33

I made myself very ill with whisky once, so I can't drink, or even smell it anymore. Envy

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 20:36

Grin State

Screamy I have done that! Prom night was a excellent night , but the price paid was a major aversion to Vodka!

ScreamyShriekyFrightyWoozyWooo · 13/10/2012 20:42

I've made myself very ill on vodka many a time too, but for some reason it's never put me off. It doesn't have a smell or taste like whisky does though, so when it's mixed with coke I hardly know it's there! Dangerous!

My crazy days of drinking spirits and partying are a distant memory though. I'm currently spending a wild Saturday night stitching the crotch of Dh's suit trousers. Grin

EmpressOfTheSevenScreams · 13/10/2012 21:04

Hot chocolate with whisky for Bonkey and me, with rum for Screamy, whipped cream and marshmallows of course - forgot to ask Tee so hope you like them. Anyone else?

OP posts:
ZombTEE · 13/10/2012 21:15

I'll skip the marshmallows, thanks. Only ever like them burnt over a campfire...and yet, I hate camping...

MummifiedBonkeyMollocks · 13/10/2012 21:18

I'll have Tee's

StateofConfusion · 13/10/2012 21:21

She is a nightmare bonkey I spent the day at hers today and she was saying how much she loved your page, I'd quietly told her DH I was looking at some bits so if she mentioned anything let me know, I knew that first butterfly one you posted she'd love and was hoping to suprise her but on the plus side I now know she likes it for sure and want to get her a few bits.

Vodka disagrees with me too screamy I end up loud stupid then asleep and grumpy, I'm not much of a drinker to be honest, go through phases but as a rule go months/years without a drink.

empress I figured we could use my cakes If HQ ever tells us off for not strictly belonging here, I have a few of my best ones on my profile here but as I have most of you on fb they get shown there first, I won't lie I do like showing them off, I've never been good at anything and whilst I know I'm not a patch of professionals I'm proud of what I do.

I'm watching Dogma, anyone seen it? I got sucked in by fallen angels.

ZombTEE · 13/10/2012 21:25

We started watching it, State, but my husband watches In the Thick of It at 930 so we switched over.

ScreamyShriekyFrightyWoozyWooo · 13/10/2012 21:27

Oh I like Dogma, but Dh is watching The Jerk.

StateofConfusion · 13/10/2012 22:09

I've not been paying enough attention, me and dp have been discussing christmas and baby state hadn't moved much today and I got upset, fine now I've eaten and had a v cold drink, I also lack an attention span it seems these days.

Saturday night tv is pretty dire though isn't it, what would I do without mumsnet.
