Mary Berry's chocolate rum cake, but using cherry brandy instead.

YouGoonie - Top tip: Refrigerate it once cooled. Do not attempt to cut it into squares until its had a good 2 hours in the fridge.

In this weather, once cut I'd also keep in a tupperware box in the fridge. They are very fudgy. mmmmmm
