We're not vegetarian but I love it and dp and the dss eat it too. We've had way too much meat lately so I thought I'd make vegetarian for dinner tonight. I've decided on Bean stew. I got the recipe of Netmums 
It's really easy, and uses tins as well as fresh veg.
