I have been very happily giving ds ham etc. almost every day but he no longer wishes to eat meat. Atm he gets jam on Fridays because we don't eat meat on fridays but I don't want to do that everyday because I want him to have some protein. He will eat cheese in a sauce but he doesn't like cheese sandwiches (too cheesy). He likes egg but I worry about them going stinky. I don't really want to give him cheese and onion rolls etc too much because my dd would want them too and she is a bit overweight. I do give him pasta sometimes but not everyday. Is their some magical quorn solution? I thought about a quorn chickenburger with salad but I don't know if quorn is acceptable cold.
Any ideas?
