Remus It's an untried recipe from HFW Veg Everyday, so far I've been a little underwhelmed by his flavourings (a bit dull) but I'm trying to remain open minded given so many people have loved his book, I'll let you know if I rate it.

Mon - pasta with tomato and aubergine
Tues - chickpea dahl
Weds - at my mum's!
Thurs - pig cheek stew from the freezer with brown rice
Fri - potato, bacon, and onion bake

Please note we are currently without a kitchen, and these feasts are being prepared in my 'field kitchen' in the nursery (baby in with us) - two rings, a microwave, and a Remoska...

Thanks Betty. I've been toying with whether or not to buy it but a quick flick through in Waterstones didn't overly inspire me. Would be v interested in your thoughts re that recipe and others.
