I'm imagining comforting in-front-of-Doctor-Who dinner, not candles-and-wine dinner (although there may be some wine anyway :))

I'm waiting for Dh to bring me a KFC but he's working late, at the moment i'm so hungry i could eat anything.

DP had curry out last night so not sure if the budget says we should eat some of the (plentiful) food we have in the house really.

This thread has convinced me to order pizza instead of the jacket potato and salad I was going to eat.

A massive portion of tasty homecooked lasagna, followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard. Lots of ale.

Pate, Rare steak, chocolate roulande, Stilton, Brie etc and a bottle of White burgundy. Guess who's been deprived for the last 9 mths?

Smelly mushroom and smelly cheese risotto followed by double chocolate cheesecake.

I'd eat Chinese too but I always throw it over the living room if I eat off my lap so Bowl Food it is.

We just had sausagey and beany goodness which had been bubbling in the slow cooker all day. Mopped up the juices with some homemade bread, twas truly delicious.

Homemade bakewell tart for pud.

Coquille St Jacques with a glass of cold white. Stew simmering in the oven though so I can't really complain .

I was thinking if proper roast beef and all the trimmings, because it's cold, wet and nearly dark here - but that's not right in front of Doctor Who, so it'll be a big bowl of chilli. And a bag of my Mum's home made treacle/molasses toffee for pudding.

I'd like a ham sandwich and some salt and vinegar crisps.

If I'm honest; I would eat this for most meals if I only had myself to worry about, maybe a cheese and tomato sandwich sometimes, to spice things up.
