which I bought half price, cos was on last day. I froze it, am defrosting it, and want tips to make best Sunday roast dinner ever! It's silverside. I have white potatoes for roasting, new potatoes for boiling, broccoli, cabbage, yorkies previously frozen. Also have sachet(Iknow)beef gravy. Basically, shall I just cook it, or has anyone any new gorgeous tips to make the family say 'wow'? Thanks.

What cut is it?

TBH silverside is not the best joint to roast as it can be tough

Some good info on this thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/food/194511-what-to-do-with-beef-silverside/AllOnOnePage
