did the ribs last night - got lamb reduced at same time - what can i make?

I got some sort of chunks of lamb half price at the supermarket when i picked up the ribs - inspiration please!

At the risk of starting to make you think I'm stalking you... try this It's normally made with shoulder, but any lamb stewing meat should be fine.

Clearly we have similar thought processes in terms of meat buying!

Lamb tagine- made this last week and it was amazing. Get the Ras El hanout spice mix (i got it in Sainsbury's and the recipe is on the back.

Irish stew - I use this Delia one. Very very tasty.
