I'm not big on sandwiches and can't be bothered with anything that takes more than a few minutes to assemble. I go through phases: innocent veg pots, Covent Garden soups ... Am a bit stuck at the moment. Inspire me.

very boring, I love a 'nice' ham sandwich, preferably with pringles or salt and vinegar crisps.

Cheese on toast or cheese and ham toastie

frozen pizza

Ciabatta with mozzarella and basil done in the toastie machine

Hummus, pitta bread, carrots, olives, sundried tomatoes, chorizo or salami.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel.

Smoked mackerel pate on toast.

Heinz oxtail soup (it is yum!) Blush.

Scrambled egg on toast.

Sainsbury's spicey bean burger in a bun with cheese and ketchup.

Hot smoked mackerel or some tinned fished and a tin of mixed beans, or some sweetcorn.

I also like stuffed peppers or mushrooms with a bit of sourdough.

Fishcake (tuna and coriander especially) with a big blob of greek youghurt and chopped cucumber

Breaded calamari with lots of lemon juice

Omelette

Rice noodle and chicken stirfry

Tinned sardines or mackerel with toast and salad.

cottage cheese,dates and nuts

avocado slices,mozarella and tomato with tiny bit of olive oil and pepper

my home made very thick soup with grated cheese.

rocket,hallumi and tomatoes on pitta bread

marmalade on ryvita.

and if I'm still hungary after all that............(joking!!!)

Only happens when I'm on study leave, tomorrow I'll be having left over Quorn Bolognese Bake from tonight.

If I didn't have left overs I'd probably have beans on toast with grated cheese on top.
