Run out of plain flour for cheese sauce. Best alternative? Quick answer please!

Making cauliflower cheese (have already started cooking the cauliflower so can't abandon it now) I need 50g of plain flour, and I only have dregs in the bottom of the tub. What's the best alternative? I have SR flour or cornflour?

I always use self raising flour anyway!

Any of the above, but I'd use cornflour.

I'd use cornflour even if I had plain flour! It's much better for making sauces.
