I know no one will give a fuck! But can't bare the hysteria on this forum at the moment.

As quick as one thread gets moved to the correct Topic, another pops up!

It's like a virus!

See ya in a couple of weeks!

Definitely safe to come back Badger, just don’t venture out from here and you’ll be fine 😁

Irial · 17/03/2020 13:29

@Wolfiefan
haha the C word.....

Wolfiefan · 17/03/2020 13:53

@Irial don’t you DARE say it. Grin

Sallycinnamum · 17/03/2020 13:55

Don't blame you. MN has been a tremendous place of support to me over the last 12 years but it's become a place I don't recognise. Full of hysterical armchair doctors who know better than the experts.

I long for the days of CF parking!

WhiteBadger · 17/03/2020 14:35

AIBU to think it’s ridiculous that MNetters are flouncing off due to coronavirus

The whole point of Flouncers' Corner is it's ridiculous!! ;)

Icare1234 · 17/03/2020 15:43

Yes. This CF virus has a lot to answer for. A good parking thread, breast v bottle, buggy v wheelchair - come back all is forgiven.

Wolfiefan · 17/03/2020 15:47

Frankly @Icare1234 it’s all making me a bit nostalgic for Brexit. Grin

powkin · 18/03/2020 06:53

@WhiteBadger my post was very tongue in cheek!! Smile

userxx · 18/03/2020 07:02

I was bollocked for mentioning my planned holiday to the lakes at the end of June . Way too much hysteria going on at the moment 😬

iVampire · 18/03/2020 07:08

I do like a good flounce!

(But have to agree that posters really do need to use the sodding topic - I want to see C posts, usually, but am thinking about hiding the topic for an hour or two daily )

userxx · 18/03/2020 07:09

@iVampire Ooooooo, didn't know about hiding 👍

GertrudeCB · 18/03/2020 07:12

I've hidden the C topic but still so much on it that I'm mainly rereading Classics.

WhiteBadger · 18/03/2020 07:43

Sorry powkin I'd obviously not taken my anti-snowflake tablets that day!!

I used to love a good flounce in the olden days!

Not enough of them now!

OP posts:
HeronLanyon · 18/03/2020 08:59

I am willing to engage in a diversionary parking/spa day/ducks in order/bridezilla etc thread at short notice.

BullshitVivienne · 18/03/2020 09:06

Social distancing is really going to limit the number of CF threads on here. Sad times.

HeronLanyon · 18/03/2020 09:08

Yes ! Bridezillas are an endangered species right now, similarly restaurant/theatre behaviour etc. I’d give anything for an Aibu about, say sweets in the theatre or mobiles at gigs etc.

Horehound · 18/03/2020 09:10

No, you're looking at an 18month flounce!

WhiteBadger · 18/03/2020 09:53

Omg I'd give anything for a Bridezilla story right now!

OP posts:
EdithHope · 18/03/2020 10:13

It's a completely different board when you hide the C section. Instant relief.

Badger wotcha doing still here? It's impossible to escape MN, I've been trying to wean myself off it for years Grin

Icare1234 · 18/03/2020 19:43

Badger I’m sure there will some Bridezillas along soon -

AIBU that my bridesmaids should pay for their outfits even though my wedding is cancelled? (Drip... I chose the most expensive hand made lace and silk flown in from China when they said they could only afford local)

AIBU that my guests should all be posting their gifts to me as wedding is cancelled?

powkin · 18/03/2020 21:30

Haha! Love the fake AIBU threads.

AIBU to expect think that the A&E doctor next door was rude when she snapped at me this morning when I asked if she could watch my kids for an hour, as we had agreed three weeks ago?

Wolfiefan · 18/03/2020 22:29

Loving the AIBU it’s 1940 but some have missed the joke.

beautifulteeth · 05/04/2020 08:53

Brilliant...
