Ooh, just watched Avatar 3D

Utterly mind-blowing. James Cameron is a genius!
What an amazing movie, it has had so much hype that I didn't really believe it could possibly live up to it all, how wrong I was!!

Also the first time I have seen a movie in 3D and it was incredible. At times I felt dizzy from the great heights, other times you are actually seeing what the characters see and feel like you are actually there.

Definitely recommend it, I am a wee bit of a sci-fi geek anyway when it comes to movies but this had the whole theatre gasping!

In fact I'm going to go again this week with DP. He had to go and see Percy Jackson with DS2 so I think he should go and see Avatar one night this week. I don't mind accompanying him

We bought the Blu-Ray yesterday, and it came with a standard DVD as well!

Watched it with a crowd of mates on our home cinema (we have a projector & screen) and it was FAB.

Highly recommended (even in 2D - I never saw the 3D)
