My 2.7 year old has enjoyed Sleeping Beauty and Toy Story...Wasn't too enamoured with Monsters Inc (didn't quite get all those one dimensional flat doors that opened up into three dimensional kid's rooms)

any other good kid's films with plots simple enough for a toddler to follow and enjoy?

We also have a Christmas dvd which is a compilation of short stories involving Mickey Mouse, Donald etc. Dd loves that. Are there any other good Mickey Mouse etc dvd's?

DD also liked ET when it was on recently, although she did sob her heart out when ET was dying. We had to get her to watch through her tears to see he was okay in the end. Bless her.

My ds 5 is rather sensitive so we have to be careful. Have a dd 3 who is fearless so currently the things they can both watch are, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Peter Pan, Home on the Range, Disney's Robin Hood, Pinocchio (dont like this one myself though), the long episodes of Bob the Builder, Barney the Movie, Thomas & the Magic Railroad, Aristocats. Again I agree with everyone else.....go for Disney.

I would recommend Kipper DVD's, Winnie the Pooh DVD's, Milo and Otis, Cinderella, The Snowman, Harold and the Purple Crayon and Sesame Street.
