Which of these is the best Christmas movie ever? any others then feel free to suggest more? I am compiling some that we can watch over Christmas.

I feel like Santa Claus: The Movie is sadly underrated these days. The beginning scene especially is Peak Christmas.

You should add the Santa Clauses on Disney+ it's not a film but it is good.

It's a Wonderful Life and Muppets Christmas Carol. I was just underwhelmed by Elf - prefer Santa Claus the Movie.

Home Alone and Die Hard are our family faves. I always watch Love Actually even though I don't agree with some of the themes now!

Can only be National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation! Watch it every year on Christmas Day without fail.
I do love Muppets Christmas Carol on Christmas Eve too.

Best Christmas films ever!

Anyone who likes it’s a Wonderful Life, should try Family man with Nicholas Cage, a big favourite in our house.

Always loved The Grinch, the Jim Carrey one, have watched it every year since it came out and my kids were tiny. We still watch it together every Christmas Eve, they are now mid to late 20s and pretty much know the whole script 😂

Christmas with the Kranks I watch every year. It's not the best but I love it every time.

I know what you mean about Labyrinth! There are certain films that aren't Christmassy/Christmas films but remind me of Christmas just for the fact that when I was a child they were always on at Christmas time. Ie Mary Poppins, The Wizard Of Oz, E.T, Labyrinth and Annie.

Annie because it always seemed to be on at Christmas and also because we did Annie as our school Christmas play one year in Primary school! 😃

ELF out of those lot. My super fave is Home Alone 1 and Home Alone 2 (joint first.) Elf is about 12th overall for me in all the Christmas films.

Ooooh I love that! Very underrated. Also Deck the Halls (with Matthew Broderick and Danny DeVito. And Kristen Davis and Kristen Chenoweth.)
